BOOKING CONFIRMATION
With all bookings you receive a 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If you need to cancel your booking within 14 days of the date shown on your booking summary you will receive a full refund (including deposit).
Full payment is required at the time of booking and this includes a non-refundable deposit of £50. Any booking less than £50 is non-refundable (with exception of refunds given under our 14 day money back guarantee). Please bring your booking summary when checking in at reception.
PLEASE BRING £10.00 refundable cash deposit for access fob for the toilet and shower blocks and barrier.
AMENDMENTS TO YOUR BOOKING
You may wish to change some elements of your holiday, e.g. type of accommodation or duration arrival/departure date and we will try to meet your request. In the unfortunate event you need to amend or cancel your booking then the following will apply:

Liability
Anyone defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and prosecution. The pitch hirer will be responsible for and charged for any damage /loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the pitch or to any park facility or other resident’s property. Your personal belongings, vehicles, vans and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Filey Brigg Caravan Site or its staff will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any property nor for any injury, accident or mishap to any person in the park. Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.
